JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acting as a point of contact over the phone or via email
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Supporting the wider team
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people,
- Ability to accurately transcribe messages and record information over the phone or in person
- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word
- Data entry skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and a team player
