  • Our client is offering a salary up to £17k
  • Your working hours will be 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
  • 20 days holiday (excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays) & free parking

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a proactive Administrator who is keen to learn and progress.  They are based in Chobham.

Job Description

  • Communicating with clients via email or via the telephone
  • Sorting post
  • Diary management
  • Updating the database
  • Booking Review meetings with clients and preparing client packs
  • Updating the website and LinkedIn
  • Collating information for client files, including dealing with other providers to gather relevant information
  • Sending letters and emails
  • Other general admin duties

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Educated to a good level in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A desire to work, learn and progress
  • A basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook would be desirable
  • MUST BE A CAR DRIVER
