Our Client based in Caterham is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their busy team.
- Carrying out all aspects of Bookkeeping, including Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Project allocation and reconciliation of expenditure
- Credit Card allocation and project payment management
- Oversee payment to supplier
- Managing office facilities including insurance policies
- Answering telephones and dealing with enquiries.
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Entering information onto the accounts system.
- General administration support.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Xero or a similar accounting package.
- IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; personable, confident and persistent.
- Ability to manage workload
