Job Summary

Our Client based in Caterham is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their busy team.

Job Description

  • Carrying out all aspects of Bookkeeping, including Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Project allocation and reconciliation of expenditure
  • Credit Card  allocation and project payment management
  • Oversee payment to supplier
  • Managing office facilities including insurance policies
  • Answering telephones and dealing with enquiries.
  • Preparing quotations and invoices
  • Entering information onto the accounts system.
  • General administration support.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of Xero or a similar accounting package.
  • IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; personable, confident and persistent.
  • Ability to manage workload
