Job Summary

Our client based in Knaphill, Woking are seeking a driven Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Managing specified existing customer accounts to forge lasting client relationships and increase incremental sales
  • Ensuring customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Generating new business in the form of upsell within account
  • Supporting business development initiatives aimed at creating new leads for the business
  • To develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • To identify and participate in sales events, show and exhibitions
  • To monitor competitors, market conditions and trends

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Physics, Science or Engineering
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent communications skills and presentation skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Reliable and flexible team player


  • A competitive basic salary of £26,000
  • OTE/Commission taking your total package to £30k
