Job Summary

You will work in an intuitive way with a high level of responsibility supporting the Business Heads and the Executive Assistant to the CE as well as delivering a positive, prompt and accurate service to the Head Office Departments, leaseholders, remote staff, contractors and each other.

Job Description

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience to all visitors and callers
  • Main point of contact regarding incoming calls on the main Office Line and Customer Experience mailbox
  • Being the main point of contact for all guests and ad hoc visitors to the Aldershot Office
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with all aspects of administrative management
  • Support to Business Liaison Manager by producing the New Business Packs, literature,
  • Managing inventory of assets and supplies, stationery ordering, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
  • Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade A to C ( to include English Language & Maths)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience of dealing with a varied client group
  • Experience of working in a demanding customer focused environment
  • Recognised customer service/customer experience qualification
