  • Our client is offering between £20k and £23k
  • Hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and finish at 4.00 p.m. Fridays

Job Summary

Our client based on the outskirts of Woking, due to expansion, are seeking a Coordinator Order Processor to provide Account Managers with internal sales support, enabling them to spend as much time as possible with customers.

Job Description

  • To assist the Account Manager with new enquiries, including taking a full brief from the customer where appropriate
  • Assist Account Manager to achieve quarterly gross profit targets and other targets (number of new prospects, customers, visits, quotations, orders per month)
  • Sourcing products and liaising with suppliers to obtain accurate prices and lead times
  • Ensure that the prospect, customer and supplier database is kept fully up to date

 Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Accuracy of information given to customers and suppliers
  • Ensure that actions and follow-ups completed on time
  • Integrity of sales database
  • Courteous and helpful manner with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Good timekeeping
