Job Summary

Our client based in Staines are seeking a highly motivated PA to work for their Chairman.

Job Description

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diary and organise meetings and appointments
  • Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Remind Chairman of important tasks and deadlines
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients as necessary
  • Ensure Chairman has all necessary material for upcoming meetings
  • File letters
  • Manage bank accounts / finances

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Tact and diplomacy


  • Pension Scheme
