  • Our client is offering a salary up to £10 to £11 per hour for 20 hours per week (5 hours Tuesday-Friday)

Job Summary

Our client is based on the outskirts of Woking and they are a specialist builder.  Due to company expansion they are seeking a Part-Time Finance Administrator to work alongside them as part of a small team.

Job Description

  • Input purchase invoices onto Sage One
  • Obtain VAT invoices from specific purchasing sites and transfer to Sage
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with Payroll and CIS
  • Dealing with employees and sub-contractors’ contracts
  • Issuing Sales Invoices
  • Manage client payments
  • Input stock details and manage the database
  • Dealing with international purchase invoices
  • Setting-up and maintaining Fixed Assets register
  • Making sure that all company vehicles are up to date with road tax, mot and insurance (create reminding list)

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • AAT qualified – 3+ years
  • Experience in Sage One – at least 3 years
  • Strong experience in creating VAT returns
  • Organised and methodical
  • Happy to work on own initiative and problem solve where necessary
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • A history in building or construction would be of benefit
  • Passion to develop and grow the role
