Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Store Executive to work in their Milton Keynes branch.

Job Description

  • Determine customers’ situations and provide them with the relevant solutions and support
  • Provide the highest standards of customer service, in person, via email or telephone
  • Maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available
  • Be confident and comfortable negotiating day to day
  • Complete daily health and safety checks and maintain the general appearance of the site
  • General administrative tasks on a database

Skills and Knowledge Required

  •  A “can do” attitude
  • Strong listening skills with a genuine desire to support and assist customers
  • Ability to problem solve and build rapport
  • Prioritisation skills and ability to make decisions
  • Enthusiasm and consistency with the ability to work alone or within a team
  • Sales experience ideal
