Job Summary

Our client based in Guildford are seeking a Project Manager to join their talented team.  You will take responsibility for project measurement and technical specification for all works after point of sale. Manage the project to include co-ordinating the project team to keep them on track and budget.

Job Description

  • Client liaison post sales
  • Site measurement and detailed surveys
  • Provide accurate details for production / design team
  • Basic job costing and pricing
  • Liaison with Production team on programming information to pass on to clients
  • Produce purchase requests for specific materials
  • Run the project to its conclusion
  • For projects without defined designs assist Client’s vision on designs and finishes
  • Carry out monitoring and control activities to track progress
  • Keep accurate site records
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
  • Manage site variations and changes in scope by Clients, record, and report accordingly
