Job Summary

Our client based near Chessington are seeking a Resourcing Consultant to achieve pre-set sales targets concerning registered candidates, arrange interviews and increase sales turnover.  You will receive a 3 Month Training and Induction Programme, including classroom-based training.

Job Description

  • Register Candidates on to the database.
  • Search database/websites/LinkedIn for Candidates as directed
  • Immediately match Candidates to Vacancies at the point of registration
  • If no interview immediately available, identify at least three canvass opportunities, where the Candidate can offer something of potential use to a relevant prospective employer
  • Approach these companies immediately after the telephone interview has been completed to generate interest
  • Thoroughly prepare Candidates for interviews
  • Ensure feedback is recorded on the database and passed to Lead Consultant to follow up with Client
  • Gain an understanding of the team to which you are assigned in order that you quickly become a specialist in that market

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Outgoing and energetic and good at building a rapport
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience in a similar role not essential
  • Strong IT and Communication skills


  • Our client is paying up to £28k
  • Pension and Bonus Scheme

  • Hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 (can be flexible) – Working from home 2 days a week
