Job Summary

Our client based outside of Woking town centre are seeking a Sales Administrator to support their sales teams with processing orders and providing key sales information.

Job Description

  • Inputting sales orders and maintaining stock availability information
  • Working closely with the relevant sales team to input factory planning
  • Coordinate Purchase Sales and Inventory plan ensuring achievement of sales budgets
  • Dealing with key contacts in relation to orders and enquiries.
  • Attend and work at exhibitions.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team and prioritise workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous sales administrative experience ideal
