  • Our client is offering between £20k and £23k
  • Hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and finish at 4.00 p.m. Fridays

Job Summary

Our client based on the outskirts of Woking, due to expansion, are seeking a  Sales Coordinator  to provide Account Managers with internal sales support, enabling them to spend as much time as possible with customers.

Job Description

  • Handling queries from both customers and suppliers
  • Preparing and sending quotations to the clients and following up
  • Seeking new business
  • Always delivering a top-class service to the clients
  • Liaising with suppliers to gain pricing and timelines
  • Providing internal sales support
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Ensuring delivery schedules are met
  • Handling any enquiries

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Courteous and helpful manner with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Good timekeeping
  • A high level of written and spoken communication is required
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Highly organised and methodical with an ability to prioritise
  • Self-motivated
