Job Summary

Our client based in London is seeking a Client Insight Executive to join their growing team.

Job Description

  • Manage a defined list of clients
  • Ensure the client service is delivered to a high standard, meeting service level requirements for contact presentations.
  • Work cross functionally within the local business to ensure client needs are met and questions answered.
  • Identify leads and opportunities within your client base and pass these to the sales team.
  • Work with the client delivery team to ensure data quality and deliverables are timely, fit for purpose and meeting client needs.
  • Support and deliver the company strategy
  • Ensure the CRM system is constantly updated and maintained.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  •  Research knowledge and understanding
    •    Computer literate, able to learn and use bespoke systems
    •    Client focused every day
    •    Able to build tailored presentations for manufacturers and retailers, using a storyline approach
    •    Eye for detail and high-quality standards
    •    Thinks outside the box and challenges where necessary
    •    Able to build meaningful client relationships
    •    Strong communication skills


  • Our client is offering a salary between £35k to £42k
  • Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with a 4.00 finish on Fridays
