Job Summary

Our client based in Woking are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide a high level of service to resolve queries and complaints.

Job Description

  • Supporting the Customer Contact Centre and a network of key contacts by providing key information.
  • Communicating with key contacts to resolve any queries or issues
  • Maintain competent product and technical knowledge as well as Consumer Law
  • Seek to provide positive resolutions

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • A high calibre of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Previous experience in a similar role ideal


  • Our client is paying a salary up to £13 P/H
  • Free Parking
  • Hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • 20 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays
