Our client based in Woking are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide a high level of service to resolve queries and complaints.
- Supporting the Customer Contact Centre and a network of key contacts by providing key information.
- Communicating with key contacts to resolve any queries or issues
- Maintain competent product and technical knowledge as well as Consumer Law
- Seek to provide positive resolutions
Skills and Knowledge Required
- A high calibre of customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
- Previous experience in a similar role ideal
- Our client is paying a salary up to £13 P/H

- Hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
