Job Description
Our client, a growing and well-established IT services provider, is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Consultant to join their Technical Delivery Team.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for infrastructure and cloud support issues, delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic service while ensuring SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor servers, storage and network hardware
- Basic diagnostics and fault escalation
- VMware ESXi host & VM monitoring
- Azure resource monitoring & Azure AD administration
- Support on-prem Active Directory
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users
What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of infrastructure, virtualisation and Azure fundamentals
- Strong customer service mindset
- Clear communication skills
- Proactive, organised and detail-focused
What’s On Offer:
- Salary range is dependant on experience
- 35-hour working week
- Hybrid working (5 days per fortnight in office)
- 25 days holiday rising to 30
