Job Description
Our client based in Crewe is looking for someone to join them on an 8 week temporary basis to assist with the following duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer service.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing clear and timely information.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
- Liaise with internal departments to manage orders, returns, and resolve any issues.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in customer service and order processing (SAP experience preferred).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Salary: £14.80- £16.60 Per Hour
