Temporary Recruitment Support – Charity Sector
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to provide short-term support for a community-focused organisation based in central Woking.
What you’ll be doing
- Write and post job adverts for front-line and team leader roles
- Shortlist applications and arrange Teams interviews
- Conduct structured interviews using set questions and scoring guides
- Invite shortlisted candidates for site visits and further discussions
- Send offer emails and manage pre-employment checks (DBS, references)
- Add new starters to HR and payroll systems, issue starter forms
- Keep managers updated on progress and staffing needs
What we’re looking for
- Recruitment experience, ideally end-to-end
- Able to work independently and pick up systems quickly
- Organised, proactive and confident managing a fast-moving process
The role
- Immediate start
- Temporary for around 3 weeks, 3 days a week (option to spread hours across 5 shorter days)
- Flexible on which days, ideally covering a Friday or Monday
- Small, friendly office environment
