What you’ll be doing:
Order Processing: Enter customer orders from Excel into the internal system with speed and accuracy
Product Setup: Create and maintain product information in the system
Web Shop Management: Upload and update product pricing on our online shop, making adjustments based on sales data, promotions, and market trends
Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and messaging
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
