Onsite Service Delivery Manager – Fleet
Join a dynamic Service Management team where you’ll own service performance for key customers and become their trusted onsite partner.
The Role
You’ll be the go‑to contact for assigned customers, ensuring service excellence from end to end. You’ll manage KPIs, SLAs, escalations, and drive continual service improvement while building strong, long‑lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead customer relationships and act as their primary contact
- Oversee service delivery performance and reporting
- Embed continual service improvement across contracts
- Manage escalations confidently and collaboratively
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and enhance service quality
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in Service Delivery / Service Management
- ITIL
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Confidence with KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting
- Ability to handle escalations and communicate at senior level
- A proactive, collaborative approach with ownership of outcomes
